FIELD STAFF

We're looking for the best guides, outfitters, outdoor adventurists and influencers to join our team with the mission to help us test, provide feedback and promote our brand. Even if your biggest adventure is getting the kids to school, practice and somehow still fit in all the rest of your day, you may still have what it takes to be an ICEHOLE Field Staff'er. We're looking for interesting, charasmatic folks who know how to communicate authentically within their peer groups.

What you need: the ability to access locations, situations and environments suitable to subjecting the products to whatever testing, demonstrations or content creation you propose as your area of Feild Staff contribution. An audience - we're not necessarily looking for the most followers, we're looking for who you talk to and how you engage them. And finally, an idea of how you would test, showcase, create content or otherwise help bring value to our team.

WHAT WE OFFER IN RETURN

Discounted, and in some cases, free product to qualified Field Staff applicants. Field Staff members exhibiting proficiency in engaging with and for the brand will be given first preference to review new products, access to test prototypes or limited quanitity releases, invitations to attend special events are just a few of the ways we like to say thank you to our performing Feild Staff members.
